Azure's Feedback Analytics pre-configured solution offered industry-specific deployment of configured solutions for gathering and analyzing cross-channel customer feedback. Prior solutions were marketed primarily to Technical Decision Makers who would have solid technical understanding about how to configure services to meet the needs of their individual infrastructures. By pre-configuring solutions, Azure was able to offer less technical users the ability to deploy a solution already custom tailored to their use-case, with a Power Bi dashboard to visualize their results.
The UI I designed was built to demystify the process of selecting and deploying an applicable solution. The marketing side of educating the consumer was blended with a friendly step-by-step deployment process.
